The French Mortgage Expert’s office in Paris provides financial solutions to residents and non-residents, as well as to professionals and companies, all over France and in local acquisitions in Paris. We understand the credit activities operate locally, that is why French Mortgage Expert has developed national and regional banking partnership networks.
Our history
2009
Following to the success of a first mortgage broker company based in the United Kingdom, French Mortgage Expert by Carte Financement has been set up in 2009, in order to simplify the process of getting a loan in France for a non-resident buyer. We realised how complicated it was for a non-French customer to understand how to get an interesting French mortgage or even just to open a French bank account from a distance. In 2009, banks started to reduce their lending capacity because of European Bâle 3 regulations and non-resident customers would have become more and more complicated to finance if we had remained as we were, with only 5 to 6 bank partnerships. That is why we decided to create Carte Financement in Paris, in order to have a better access to all French banks, pure national lenders and also local banks.
2012
In 2012, our reputation and our legitimacy in the non-resident market became higher. That is why we have decided to open a new office in the French Riviera to be closer to our clients demand on this very specific market.
2017
In 2017, Carte Financement joined Artémis courtage, a leader in French mortgage brokerage.
2021
En 2021, Oaxès a reçu le label Finance Innovation dans la catégorie "immobilier". Il atteste du caractère innovant de la plateforme comparativement aux outils existants sur le marché, qui se concentrent sur le front-office et délaissent le back-office pourtant au coeur de notre métier de courtier.
