Home loan for an expatriate in London
We financed a French client, living in London, partner for an investment fund in the acquisition of a beautiful Duplex in the Marais in Paris.
We obtained financing for him up to 100% of the price of the property (i.e. €1.5M), with an “infine” line of up to 30% and the rest depreciable. The client deposited 30% in financial assets in the establishment.
Financing a pied-à-terre for a Franco-Greek couple
We supported a couple based in Greece with an independent real estate activity there wishing to purchase a pied-à-terre in Paris in the Marais for an amount of €800,000.
The financing was obtained by us at a rate of 4.25% fixed over 20 years up to 60% with a pledge of €100,000.
Post-financing a real estate purchase
Our clients, a Franco-American family living near New York, acquired a beautiful home in Ustaritz (64).
We obtained for them post-financing of this property for €400,000 over 20 years at 4.25% with collateral of €60,000.
Home loan for a US person
Our borrower is a US person. He practices as a Maxillofacial surgeon in California.
He purchased a second home for €890,000 in Villefranche-sur-Mer (06).
We negotiated for him real estate financing of €667,500 amortizable without collateral over 15 years at 4.95%.
Real estate loan for a French-English couple living in Switzerland
For a French-English couple residing in Switzerland and wishing to acquire a second home in the Riviera in Villefranche-Sur-Mer for €750,000, we obtained financing of €400,000 obtained at 4.45% over 20 years against collateral of only €60,000 which will be managed under mandate by the bank.
Financing a second home for an expatriate couple in London
Our clients are a French couple living in London who wanted to buy a second home in Levallois Perret in a street shared with Neuilly-sur-Seine.
We financed two loans for them of €634,000 amortizing and €422,000 ultimately, obtained at 3.90% over 20 and 12 years against collateral of €422,000, deposited in a secure term account.
Financing the construction of a luxury chalet
We financed a couple of British residents wishing to build a luxurious chalet in the 3 Valleys ski area. A project worth around €8M, with a contribution of 10% and a requested investment of 20% to be deposited in assets invested within the banking establishment.
We have secured a rate of 2.8% over 20 years at the end of spring 2023 for signature of the authentic deed in November 2023.
Financing a future main residence in France
Our clients have returned from expatriation after spending more than 5 years on the East side of the United States.
They wanted to acquire their future main residence in Lyon for an amount of €1.3 million.
We obtained financial conditions for them (3.35% over 20 years obtained during the summer) identical to those of a borrower resident in France, despite a file that was still non-resident at the time the loan contract was issued.
The only condition requested by the bank was the domiciliation of the salary once the borrowers arrived in France in the coming months.
